YIDO Leisure Division provides differentiated services that maximize the value of undervalued assets through Value-UP Total
Management, which combines capital structuring, M&A, and integrated operational management of leisure assets
such as golf, entertainment, and hotels.

Golf Club Value-up
YIDO specializes in revitalizing and maximizing the value of underperforming or undervalued golf courses. We not only enhance the golf course itself but also provide comprehensive Value-Up services ranging from human resource management, reservation and operational systems, facility maintenance, to marketing. Through differentiated services aimed at increasing customer convenience and satisfaction, we strive to maximize the value of golf courses, leading to increased revenue.
GOLF CLUB MANAGEMENT
The golf industry is experiencing an increase in the sale and M&A of
membership-based golf courses due to the decline in membership prices and values,
leading to management deterioration caused by defaults on return debts and a
decrease in internal customers. Additionally, there is a growing demand f
or specialized golf course operators due to the increase in the development of
public golf courses such as new golf course developments.
In this situation where the ownership and operation of golf course businesses
are being restructured into separate entities, YIDO fully respects and reflects
the position of the owner as a golf course specialized operator. We aim to
lead the domestic golf industry by providing more specialized services and
quality in the fierce competition, leading to reduced operating costs,
increased operating profits, and efficient management.

YIDO expands and operates various leisure businesses to provide people with comfortable
relaxation and new enjoyment.
Located within the landmark of Busan, Haeundae El City, CLUBD Oasis offers a premium
spa and waterpark experience where visitors can enjoy spa treatments and water activities
throughout the year, based on natural healing hot spring water. CLUBD OASIS, spanning
33,383 square meters (9209 pyeong), can accommodate up to 3,500 visitors simultaneously.
The 4th floor features an infinity pool and wave pool overlooking the Haeundae sea,
while the indoor and outdoor waterpark areas are located on the same floor. On the
5th floor, there is a sauna and an open-air hot spring called 'Cheongsudang', and
on the 6th floor, visitors can experience various themed sauna facilities including
outdoor foot baths, terrace bars, and an 'Immune Workshop'.
CLUBD CHEONGDAM is a community space with a new golf culture concept where visitors
can enjoy golf and parties. The 1st floor houses a trendy golf pop-up store where
visitors can experience and purchase golf equipment, while the 2nd floor offers
open driving ranges and virtual greens for various golf putting experiences. On
the 3rd floor, there are private lesson rooms and club fitting spaces where visitors
can receive systematic lessons from famous professionals. In addition, on the
underground 1st floor, there is CLUBD CAVE, a golf and bistro where visitors can
enjoy both golf and food together. CLUBD CHEONGDAM also operates the Full Swing
Flagship Center, the first golf simulator developed jointly by Tiger Woods in Korea.

Opened in 2021, CLUBD Daegu Marriott Hotel is a premium 5-star hotel located in the heart of Dongdaegu's development area, representing the core area of Dongdaegu's downtown development. Positioned centrally in the urban transportation hub, including Dongdaegu Station's multi-modal transit center and Daegu International Airport, it offers convenient access to shopping centers and tourist attractions. The hotel consists of nine floors from the 3rd to the 11th, with a total of 190 rooms, including 11 suites on the 6th to 11th floors. The auxiliary facilities are located on the 3rd to 5th floors, featuring buffet restaurant "Urban Kitchen" and Chinese restaurant "Dongmun (East Gate).

YIDO contributes to economic development through the establishment of port and logistics infrastructure.
The port and logistics sector has been a key contributor to economic growth and
has continued to develop. In particular, while the port and logistics industry has
historically developed around the Seoul metropolitan area and Busan Port, efforts are underway to
grow into an international trade hub, with projects such as the establishment of a cold chain
system in the Donghae Port Free Trade Zone.
In this context, leveraging its accumulated expertise as the top company in integrated operation and management of
private roads, YIDO has achieved success in entering the port and logistics market. Currently,
YIDO operates state-of-the-art cold logistics standard factories on the east coast, maximizing customer
